My daughter loves "nuggets et frites" and while we got out for a treat every once in a while, it's not exactly a healthy meal to have on a regular basis. So we have started making our own "nuggets" at home when we need a quick and easy meal.
Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees
1. Cut chicken into strips or nugget shapes
2. Throw all dry ingredients into a resealable plastic bag
3. Put chicken into bag with dry ingredients and shake to coat completely
4. Lay chicken on a baking sheet and bake until thoroughly cooked (about 20-25 minutes)
Serve with baked fries, potato or rice for the kids and a salad for mom & dad
